The total inventory comparison for real estate in Virginia Beach over the last 2 years has great news!  Inventory in Virginia Beach is down.  Actually its at its lowest point in 2 years.  Why is this good if your a seller.  Supply and demand, buyers are beginning to be limited in their choices versus where we have been in the last 2 years.  This will eventually increase home prices.
