Chesapeake Real Estate Market Update October 2015

In the month of October 2015 the median sold price in CHESAPEAKE, VA was $250,275 and is a 5.16% increase over last year at this time. The number of properties sold was 306 which is a 5.52 % increase over last year at this time.   Currently there are 1688 properties for sale which is a 2.30% increase as compared to last year at this time.  What does this mean to you?  Call or email me and I will answer that question!
