In the month of September 2015 the median sold price in NORFOLK, VA was $186,000 and is a 6.29% increase over last year at this time. The numbers of properties sold were 264 which is a 14.78% increase over last year at this time.   Currently there are 1478 properties for sale which is a -2.44% decrease as compared to last year at this time.  What does this mean to you?  Call or email me and I will answer that question!
